FEATURES
When the flow starts in the system, the disc retracts and allows fluid to pass from the edges of the flap.
It can be used in horizontal and vertical positions.
It can be easily mounted with its short mounting length and centering ring on the body.
The body spring compression ring and the disc are placed in the flow section.
With the beginning of movement in the direction of flow above the system, the disc overcomes the spring resistance and allows the flow to pass.
It is designed to maintain minimum pressure loss in the pipeline.
In vertical mounting, the opening pressure is lower.
Sealing is ensured by the seating of the stainless flap on the metal sealing seat surface (MS58).
Made with a stainless steel spring.
Brass body, stainless steel disc and spring.
Maintenance free.
It is effective to prevent minor leakage.

Disk Type Check Vana Brass (PN16); Brass disc type check valve is a type of steam trap and is designed to move the fluid in the installation in the desired direction. Flow is unidirectional, so flow in the opposite direction is not allowed. Such products prevent the flow from moving in an undesired direction and causing problems. For this reason, it is possible to state that it is a frequently preferred product.
The product, which can also be considered as a safety element, has a basic working principle. Accordingly, when the flow starts, the disc retracts and allows the flow to pass through the flaps of the flap. The product, which can be used in both horizontal and vertical positions, has a wide usage area.
Disc type check valve, known as a check valve, which allows the flow in the system to move in one direction in the desired direction, prevents problems that may arise in the brass system. The maintenance-free product has a long service life as it is produced with a stainless steel spring. It is applied in fields such as compressed air, power and heat engineering, hot and cold water.
Failure to prevent backflow in many systems can cause many problems. The product needed in such cases enables the flow to proceed in a one-way manner. Due to their design, they are mostly preferred on lines with short spaces. It is known that they can be used in a wide temperature range without any problems.
Brass disc type check valve is a safety element made of stainless steel. It ensures that the flow in the system proceeds unidirectionally with its mechanism. In this way, the flow back is prevented and leaks in the system are prevented. Basically, the product, which works with a disc mounted on a steam trap spring, has a wide usage area.
The check valves work with the movement of the fluid and the pressure coming from the inlet stretches the spring and thus the disc is opened. When the flow stops, the spring is compressed. After these processes, the disc is closed and the fluid is prevented from returning. The basic working principle allows the fluid to move in one direction.
Brass disc type check valve, which is specially produced for this purpose, which enables the one-way movement of the fluid on a system, incorporates many features. The general features of the product can be listed as follows:
Brass disc type check valve, which has a long service life, is used in different fields with its features. It is possible to list the areas where the product is used in general terms as follows:
The product, which is used in many fields with its innovative features and technological structure, can be considered as a safety element. Its short mounting length allows it to be easily mounted and used. When the flow starts in the system, the disc is withdrawn. Then the flow passes through the edges of the damper and the flow is passed. Thanks to its basic working principle, it allows the fluid to move in one direction. Thus, small leaks in the system are prevented.
