Bilkent Integrated Health Campus is currently the largest health campus in Europe, with an indoor area of 1.2 million square meters.
In this project, installation materials were supplied for the subcontractor company that made the mechanical installation commitment of 6 polyclinic buildings.
Our products are used for the flow control of heating-cooling installation main line collector connections, branch lines installation materials, FCU devices, flow and return line valves, valve groups for fire and utility water tanks, air conditioning plants-cooling towers-heat pumps installation systems.
The products used are as follows;
flanged ball valves, butterfly valves, brass threaded ball valves, brass strainers, flanged strainers, balancing valves, flanged swing check valves, flanged spring check valves, brass spring check valves, weld neck compensators, rubber compensators, metal bellows compensators, brass threaded safety valves, pressure reducing valves
Butterfly valves are divided into nickel flap and stainless flap.
The connection type is used in two ways as lug and wafer.
Manually operated butterfly valve products up to DN150 diameter and gear box (reducer) in larger diameters are preferred.
Large diameter main line pipes of DN600 were used in the project. All valve types are used in collector pipes with Dn 200 and Dn250 diameters in accordance with the project and the system.
Ball valves are preferred in the lines where the pressure loss is required to be low in the pipes with flanged connections; butterfly valves are used in the lines where flanged connection is preferred and the mounting area is limited.
Butterfly valves with larger diameters are preferred with gear boxes for ease of control.
Gear box application can be used in both wafer and lug connection types of butterfly valves.
Compensator products are used in fire installation and heating installation lines.
Flexible steel connection hose is used for the connection of sprinkler products. In suspended ceiling applications, there are flexible connection hoses in 50cm, 70cm and 100cm lengths to make connections in accordance with the project.
Sprinkler products are divided into separate types for parking lot use, suspended ceiling use and wall use. These types are named as Upright, Pendent and Sidewall. Rosettes and flex hoses are suitable for suspended ceiling mounting. For different space applications, there are various types according to reaction rates and effective distance. There are sprinklers.
Flow adjustment valves are also used for the healthy and balanced operation of the system. Static balancing valve and dynamic balancing valve are used in different installation groups.
